Stage 2 - Fast Forward
Stage 2 is designed to help you maintain the maximum level of your fat-burning metabolism and there are fewer restrictions during this stage of the program.
You'll be amazed how good you feel, and your weight will continue to drop with a minimum of effort.
Pay attention to the size of your portions.
If you still feel hungry after you have finished your meal, wait 10 minutes, then have a WellnessPro Balanced Nutrition Meal mixed with water or blended with water and ice.
